What is available?
- Location Plans showing the proposed development in relation to surrounding properties. Scale 1:1250 or 1:2500
- Site Plans showing the proposed development in relation to the boundaries. Scale 1:500

- Harrogate Borough Council is charged by Prodat for the production of all location and/or site plans, therefore please ensure that the information you supply is correct as those charges will apply in all cases.
To order
You can:
- Complete form below
- Call in at Knapping Mount Reception between 9am and 4pm and ask for Map Return Officer
- Telephone the Map Return Officer on 01423 556984
What information do you need to give?
- The exact postal address including the post code.
- In cases where the land etc has no postal address, then
- an 8 figure national grid reference, or
- a description or sketch diagram of the location together with a contact name and telephone number for verification purposes
Please note that plans cannot be released until payment has been received.
Payment
You can either:
- Contact the Map Return Officer on 01423 556984 and pay by credit/debit card. Please note if paying by credit card there is a surcharge of 1.5%.
- pay on collection by credit/debit card, cash or cheque. Please note if paying by credit card there is a surcharge of 1.5%.
