The Hydro
The Hydro offers three swimming pools (Activity/Diving Pool, Main Pool and Teaching/Learner Pool), springboard and highboard diving, Brimhams Fitness Centre - with gym, dance studio, kinesis studio and indoor cycling studio. The Energy Bar cafe serves hot and cold refreshments and we have ample parking and facilities for those with disabilities.
Harrogate District's Swimming and Diving Development Scheme operates from the Hydro and all squads train here producing regional, national and international swimming and diving champions across all age groups.
