Brimhams Ripon
A 95 sq metre gymnasium which is fully air-conditioned and equipped with top of the range Technogym equipment. This includes 12 cardiovascular machines, 10 pieces of resistance equipment, ab rollers and core stability balls, and free weights.
Personalised fitness programmes are created to suit individual fitness goals and are assessed regularly. All instructors are members of the National Register of Exercise Professionals.
