Brimhams Fitness Suite at Nidderdale Pool has fantastic views looking out over the famous Nidd Valley, providing a great setting for you to exercise whatever the weather.
The suite has 22 cardiovascular and resistance fitness stations
supplied by Technogym UK.
Brimhams has fully qualified instructors to help you get the most out of your time in the fitness suite and members can book to see them when they wish at no extra cost.
Our memberships are even better value when you consider they include free use of our pool, free exercise classes and 20% off sports bookings; they are flexible, with no long term contracts and no joining fee and the option to freeze them when you wish.
