The Council's Building Control Team will help you to achieve the successful completion of your development. Our role is to advise on all building control matters, to ensure that Building Regulations (which impose minimum standards) are followed and buildings are designed to safeguard the health and safety of users. To facilitate this we have direct access to other professional disciplines for advice on planning, highways and drainage. |

Building Control Officers are available for personal calls between 08.30am - 10.30am and 4.00pm - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
