Led by artist, LINDA SCHWAB. Linda’s installation ‘SuperNova’ will be on show at the Royal Pump Room Museum for the first two weeks of June, as part of the North Yorkshire Open Studios. Linda’s sculpture is made from chandelier drops and inspired by the theme of the spa water.
In this workshop, participants will learn about the inspiration behind Linda’s sculpture and about the work of other sculptors before making their own creation. Using very simple techniques, participants will process materials using repeat pattern cutting to create a suspended paper sculpture that also responds to the theme of water. Suitable for anyone wanting to try something new!
