The Council Chamber is a large prestigious room on the first floor of the Town Hall and can hold up to 70 people. It's high ceiling and original period decor offer a magnificent backdrop for any function or event, large or small. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. It is available for hire on a morning, afternoon or evening basis.

Facilities for disabled persons available at this building include toilets suitable for the disabled, lift to the first floor Council Chamber, ramped access to the front of the building and a hearing induction loop for the hard of hearing.
Knaresborough House

Situated in a prominent position on the High Street surrounded by delightful grounds. |
It offers three rooms for hire:
- Assembly Hall capacity maximum 70
- Committee Room capacity approximately 40
- Council Chamber capacity approximately 30
There is also a fully equipped kitchen and each room is available for hire on a morning, afternoon or evening basis.

Hugh Ripley Hall, Ripon
Consists of one large Main Hall, two ground floor Meeting Rooms and a large Meeting Room on the first floor, all available for hire at reasonable rates. Kitchen facilities are also available to hire.
