Rural Empowerment Workshops
With support from Harrogate Borough Council, The Plunkett Foundation is providing two free workshops, illustrating how rural communities can establish and operate a range of facilities and enterprises, including shops, to support their locality.
When: Monday 28 February 2011
Time: 10.00am - 12.00noon and 1.00pm to 3.00pm.
