Parking Permit Payments

Alternatively you can bring the completed application form to the Customer Service Team at
Crescent Gardens Reception area during opening hours.
Opening hours are: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
The Council requires all Residential Permit applicants to provide proof that the vehicle for which they require a permit is owned by someone who is resident at their household.
This means that when you submit your permit application, you will need to provide a copy of the vehicle registration document (V5C) confirming you or a member of your household as the owner of the vehicle. Vehicles registered outside the UK are only eligible for a one year residents permit. If upon renewal the vehicle still has not been registered in the UK, no further permits can be issued for a vehicle bearing that registration mark. A permit will not be issued to a resident attempting to obtain a permit for use on a non-resident's vehicle.
