Customer Satisfaction Surveys
We aim to provide all of our customers with a high standard of customer service. To ensure that we are continuing to deliver this, we periodically carry out surveys to test customer satisfaction levels.
The tables below show the results of the most recent surveys we have carried out. These all took place at our main office at Scottsdale House. Customers who visited us with an enquiry were asked to complete a short questionnaire giving us feedback on how they rated the service they had received at Reception that day.
