Affordable Housing Good Practice Manual
The Golden Triangle Partnership was set up in 2005/6 to tackle affordability in high value areas, and in 2010/11 the decision was taken by the Partnerships Board to close on the 31st March 2011 due to lack of funding and changes to regional structure.
Over the 6 years that the Partnership has been running we have been successful in securing over £7 million funding from the former Regional Housing Board. With the funding, the Partnership ran many successful schemes which has helped and improved the lives of those living in the Golden Triangle area.
The affordability strand of the partnership will be integrated in to the Leeds City Region to ensure that the great work the Partnership has achieved over the last 6 years, is not lost.
