Serviced Offices: all inclusive monthly rent, simple short notice lease and shared secretarial and administration services.
The Lodge initially offers 8 office suites to accommodation up to 7 people in a suite as follows:

- 3 X 3 person suites
- 1 X 4 person suite
- 1 X 7 person suite
- 1 large or 2 small meeting/conference rooms
Virtual Offices: fully flexible including postal address and/or a telephone answering service combined with ad hoc secretarial services.
Secretarial Services: from basic admin through to calendar management, translation services and high level Microsoft Office and computing support available to both tenants and ad hoc walk in customers.
Terms: 3 month rolling contract with a 3 month rent deposit.
