Pay your Council Tax
You can pay council tax in several ways:
Direct Debit
You can set up a paperless Direct Debit by calling 01423 55 66 77*.
Alternatively, you can print a Direct Debit mandate (PDF format, link opens in new window). The completed form should be sent to us, not your bank, and it is important you write your Council Tax account number in the reference number box.
*8.30am - 5.00pm (Mon - Thurs), 8.30am - 4.30pm (Fri)
Online payment
Use our online payment service to pay by debit or credit card.
Telephone payment line
Use our 24 hour telephone payment line 0845 129 55 99 to pay by debit or credit card.
Pay in person
You can pay in person at one of our offices.
