Dog Breeding Licence

two dogs A breeding establishment means any premises where five or more litters are produced for sale in a year. No person/s may keep a breeding establishment without first obtaining a licence from us.

Apply for a licence

Fill in the Oct 2010 - Dog breeding licence.docdog breeding licence application form and send this to us with a £116 fee.

Within the year the licence is granted, that licence will expire on the 31st December. The licence must be renewed before the expiry date if the premises is to continue as a dog breeding establishment.

Issuing a licence
