Public Register of Environmental Permits
The public register for Part B, Part A2 and Part A1 (permitted by the Environment Agency) processes permitted under the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 is available to view by appointment at our offices, free of charge within office hours. There is a charge for photocopying any information from the public register.
