Second Adult Rebate
Second Adult Rebate is a type of Council Tax Benefit that you may be entitled to if you have other adults living in your home with you.
You can claim it regardless of how much income or capital you have it is based solely on the income levels of other adults that live with you. You may be eligible to claim it if:

You are the Council Tax bill payer

You don't live with a partner but

You have another adult or other adults living in your home e.g. an adult son, daughter, friend or relative who are on a low income

There are no boarders or sub-tenants living with you
You may also be able to claim it if you live with a partner and either you, your partner or both of you are "disregarded" for Council Tax purposes. The
