The Committee structure consists of three committees:

The Planning Committee covers the whole district and determines all types of planning applications and approves site specific Supplementary Planning Documents.
The Committee meets every two weeks on a Tuesday at 2pm.
The agenda will be available 7 days prior to the meeting and will include the Minutes of the previous meeting, ie 7 days after that meeting.

Membership of committee. Selecting a member's name will take you to their personal contact page.
This committee determines applications which have been referred to it by the Planning Committee or the Solicitor to the Council or if the application is considered to be of District-wide importance. It also acts as a consultation and advisory body on the formulation of Local Development Documents and is a Steering Committee for Member training on planning matters.
This Committee meets only when required.
This committee approves development plan policy and proposals for consultation and adoption. It also approves the Council's response to consultations on the Regional Spatial Strategy and development plan policy prepared by other authorities.
