Dog Warden Service

Harrogate Borough Council is responsible for providing a Dog Warden Service within the Harrogate District. This includes ensuring public awareness of responsible dog ownership through enforcement of legislation and the provision of advice and information on stray dogs, dog fouling and barking dogs.
