What is available?

• Location Plans showing the proposed development in relation to surrounding properties. Scale 1:1250 or 1:2500
• Site Plans showing the proposed development in relation to the boundaries. Scale 1:500

Location Plans: Up to 8 copies = £30.00, then £0.50 per extra copy.

• if you hold an Ordnance Survey Paper Map Copying Licence you may purchase 1 copy per application and make the required number of copies, provided all copies are marked with your licence number.  The cost is £30.00 for 1 copy.
• Harrogate Borough Council is charged by Prodat for the production of all location and/or site plans, therefore please ensure that the information you supply is correct as those charges will apply in all cases.

• Call in at Knapping Mount Reception  between 9am and 4pm and ask for Map Return Officer

What information do you need to give?

• The exact postal address including the post code.
  
• In cases where the land etc has no postal address, then
  
• an 8 figure national grid reference, or
  
• a description or sketch diagram of the location together with a contact name and telephone number for verification purposes

Please note that plans cannot be released until payment has been received.

Payment

You can either:

• Contact the Map Return Officer on 01423 556984 and pay by credit/debit card.  Please note if paying by credit card there is a surcharge of 1.2%.
  
• pay on collection by credit/debit card, cash or cheque.  Please note if paying by credit card there is a surcharge of 1.2%.
