Brimhams Fitness Centres are located at the Hydro Leisure complex in Harrogate, Ripon Leisure Centre, and Nidderdale Pool and Leisure Centre in Pateley Bridge.

All outlets are fitted with top of the range Technogym equipment suitable for everyone alike. The equipment includes both resistance and cardiovascular pieces.

All our staff are highly qualified and undergo a continuing programme of progression.  Nutritional advice, your exercise programme and regular monitoring are all part of the service we offer to our customers.
