The Hydro

Opened in 1999 and situated just outside the centre of Harrogate, the Hydro offers three swimming pools, Brimhams Fitness Centre - with gym, dance studio, indoor cycling studio, and health and beauty Studio - springboard and highboard diving, Harry's Place crèche, The Energy Bar cafe serving hot and cold refreshments, ample parking and facilities for those with disabilities.

Harrogate District's Swimming and Diving Development Scheme operates from the Hydro and squads train at the here producing regional, national and international swimming and diving champions across all age groups. Water polo and synchronised swimming are also part of the development programme.

The swimming pool operates two programmes.
