Brimhams Harrogate

Brimhams Fitness Centre is a 150 square metre gymnasium fully air conditioned and fitted out with a cardio-theatre TV system. As well as a range of equipment, Brimhams has expanded too, with the introduction of THE KINESIS STUDIO.

We are the first in the North of England to benefit from this revolutionary low resistance equipment which offers over 250 exercises and movements to develop strength, flexibility and balance for all levels of users. KINESIS liberates the exercise regime from the constraints of a machine, with each station having four panels of grips, cables and weight stacks which allow for 360 for 360-degree body movement.

Pre Primary Ballet and West End Jazz have changed to Thursdays (same times) and Primary Ballet has changed to Friday (same time) as from 1st Sept.

Membership Details:

Memberships offer the best value for money. There are no joining fees and membership payments are by monthly direct debit (Direct Debit Agreements Apply).

 

Four types of memberships are available or you can 'pay as you go'. Dance studio workouts, which include cyclone spinning, aerobics, pilates, aqua aerobics and free swims are all part of the package.

 

All memberships include free general swim sessions at the respective swimming pools. An induction session is required in the first instance when your instructor will show you how to use the equipment and devise a fitness programme to suit your specific needs and goals.

 

Brimhams Hydro has a dedicated dance studio with a comprehensive workout timetable. Brimhams Ripon and Brimhams Pateley Bridge have workout classes as part of their leisure centre timetable. Cyclone Spinning is also available at the Hydro.  Both the Harrogate and Ripon outlets have crèche facilities.

Brimhams Hydro Membership Packages include use of all the districts swimming pools at Knaresborough, Starbeck, Ripon and Pateley Bridge and include access to Brimhams gyms at Pateley Bridge and Ripon.
