Cycle Parking
Secure covered cycle parking is available in both Victoria and Jubilee car parks in Harrogate.
Cycle lockers are available at:
Jubilee Car Park - Level 3
Harrogate Railway Station next to Victoria Multi-storey car park accessed from East Parade. If you would like to use these lockers on a regular basis:
- Please obtain a key from the Victoria Car Park Customer Services on Level 10.
- If at any point you no longer wish to use the locker please contact the Victoria Car Park Customer Services on Level 10 in person or by telephone on 01423 551648.
- Sheltered cycle racks can also be found on the railway platform
Pannal Railway Station
Starbeck Railway Station
Plans are being developed for quality cycle parking and showers at Hornbeam railway station.
Rules about using cycle lockers:
- For storing bicycles only
- Property is left in lockers at the owners own risk.
- Harrogate Borough Council reserve the right to remove the locks and enter the lockers if misuse occurs
- Maximum period of use 72 hours
- Lockers must be left unlocked when empty
- Lockers are free to use on a first-come first-served basis
- For extra security bicycles can be locked to the bracket inside the locker in addition to locking the door
- If you are traveling with a friend you can put two bikes in the same locker one facing each way
- There are hooks on the inside of the door for your coat
