Floating Warden Support

Floating Warden Support can also be provided to older tenants living in other Council accommodation with a warden call system installed. This include flats and bungalows at various locations throughout the district.

Tenants have a choice of support dependent on their assessed needs and support requirements:
  • Level 1 - monthly visits from the warden plus emergency response
  • Level 2 - weekday visits plus emergency response
This is flexible support and if personal circumstances change, the warden will carry out a re-assessment of needs and support requirements.

Tenants may opt out if they wish.
