Muscular conditioning work using the inflatable fitballs,
weights and mats. Ideal for developing core strength. Suitable for
all fitness levels.

| Back to fitness | Low impact aerobics and body conditioning suitable for all fitness levels. (For those people unable to get down on the floor for mat work, exercises are modified and completed whilst sitting on a chair). |

| Studio Mix | A mixture of low-impact aerobics, step and body conditioning. (Choreography level 2-3, although all levels of experience and fitness welcome). Choreography patterns change every 6 weeks. |
| All Stations Go! | Multi-station circuit-based class combining different types of cardiovascular training and body conditioning covering all major muscle groups. All fitness levels welcome (no choreography skills required). |
| TGI Friday! | Old school Fighting Fit moves, aerobic, strength and muscle building all rolled into an extended crazy workout to get you pumped for the weekend. |
| Step to the Beat | Mixed ability step class suitable for everyone. All fitness levels and experience welcome. (Choreography patterns change every 4 weeks). |
| Step | Beginner/Intermediate step class. (Choreography patterns change every 6 weeks). |
| Step to the Max | Concentrating on intermediate to advanced levels of choreography for the hardcore stepper! (Choreography patterns change every 6 weeks). |
