Attendance Permits
If you require to be cared for in your own home you can apply for an Attendance Permit for use by your carers when parked outside your home. This is in addition to your Household Permit. The permit is free and offers special privileges. We therefore need proof that you are in need of care.
Proof of Eligibility
This should either be a doctor's certificate showing you are in need of substantial and regular care and showing your name and address or a photocopy of proof that you receive Attendance Allowance.
