Business Permits
If you are the proprietor of a business (including a guest
house or hotel) you can apply for a Business Permit at a cost of
£120 for a two year permit for use on the vehicle which you
specify. The residential parking scheme gives
precedence to residents. Only one permit can be
issued per business premises and only applies to certain
zones.
Please note, if you also live in the premises you should apply for a Reesidential Permit. We cannot issue an individual with a Business Permit if they hold (or have applied for) a Residential Permit.

Guest Houses and Hotels
Proprietors who do not live on the premises should apply for a Business Permit. Permanent residents of guest houses and hotels should apply for a Residential Permit.
Proof of Eligibility
When applying you should send evidence of eligibility, such as business stationery showing the company/VAT registration number, linking you as proprietor to the business and to the address.
Guest Permits
Only proprietors of guest houses or hotels may apply for Guest Permits. Other types of business are not eligible.
