To apply for a Season Ticket all you need to do is pay for your ticket online, and give your car registration number.  By paying online, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in the application form (32kb pdf), available for those wishing to apply by post.

 

When paying online, you will be asked for a person code.  If you do not yet have a person code, use the code 000.  If you are renewing a Season Ticket, and cannot find your person code, send an email to customerservices@harrogate.gov.uk stating your full name and postcode, and put 'Lost Person Code' in the subject heading of the email and we will reply within one working day.

 

All Season Tickets commence from the 1st of the month.  When paying online, the start date of your season ticket will be as shown below.  Anyone requiring a Season Ticket to start from a different month should contact Customer Services on 01423 556622.

Season Tickets for Victoria and Jubilee MSCP will be ready for collection from the relevant car park two working days after receipt of payment.  All other season tickets will be posted out within two working days of payment to the address provided at the time of payment.
