Resident Survey
Resident Satisfaction Survey 2006/2007
All local authorities are required by central government to
carry out statutory satisfaction surveys every three years.
The survey was carried out in 2006/2007. The survey
helps the Council understand the views of local people, assess how
they feel about the Council's services and provide more up-to-date
information on Council services and local issues. The Council
will use this survey information when setting
performance targets and plans for the coming financial year.
The Council used an external Research Company to carry out the
survey. Please click on the following link to see the
Council's full report.
Satisfaction with the Council was very high in 2007/2008, with
the majority of indicators falling into the top quartile (i.e. the
top 25% of all District Councils).
