Hardship Relief
The Council will consider applications for hardship relief
from non-domestic ratepayers and may grant relief if:
- the ratepayer would sustain hardship if the Authority did not
do so, and
- it is reasonable for the Authority to do so, having regard to
the interests of persons subject to its Council Tax.
Applications must be made in writing, to the Revenues Service;
supplying copies of the last two years audited accounts and will be
considered at the earliest available opportunity.
