Accountancy
Accountancy comprises three teams, Accountancy
Technical, Support and Systems.
The aim of Accountancy is to provide high quality
cost-effective financial services to the Borough Council and
provide corporate financial advice and support to the various
departments to help them achieve their objectives.
The Accountancy Technical section provides financial
information to the general public and produces the publications
below which are now available on line.
In order to read these publications you will require the Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
In addition to the publications issued by Accountancy,
the Corporate Policy and Improvement Department produces
the Strategic Plan, Corporate Improvement
Plan and Performance Plan which explain more about
how the Council decides its priorities and allocates its
resources.
