Parking

Blue Badge Holders may:

• Park as long as they wish in a disc parking zone provided the blue badge is displayed.
• Park on single or double yellow lines for up to three hours provided the blue badge and blue badge discs are displayed and no obstruction is being caused.
• Park free of charge and without limit in any pay and display car parks and on street pay and display provided that the blue badge is displayed.

Please note:  An Identity Card is also required with the blue badge. The taxis that are adapted for and carrying wheelchair users may pick up and drop off outside the central Post Office area in Harrogate.

Public toilets for disabled users

All these toilets are fitted with RADAR National Key Scheme (NKS) locks. All are unisex toilets. RADAR keys are available for purchase from the Tourist Offices in Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pateley Bridge and Ripon and at the Harrogate Council Offices during office hours.
