One of Harrogate Borough Council's unique heritage facilities, the Sun Pavilion located in the grade II listed Valley Gardens, already has an enviable reputation in the weddings market, and has recently had another successful visit to a venues exhibition promoting the site for corporate events and special occasions.

 

At CONFEX 2005, held at Earls Court in London earlier this year, 180 enquiries about using the Sun Pavilion were received.

 

More recently at the NEC in Birmingham where the National Venue Show was held, the Sun Pavilion was exhibited alongside 14 other national historical venues.  A further 80 expressions of interested were generated from this exhibition, with one national software provider making two bookings for 2006 within 24 hours of the show.
