Regeneration Funding
Yorkshire Forward is the
Regional Development Agency charged with improving the Yorkshire
and Humber economy.
Yorkshire Forward was set up by Government to
promote sustainable economic development throughout
the region. The agency works
to support the expansion and development of business
in the region by encouraging public and private investment,
and by connecting people to economic opportunity. It also
works to improve levels of education, learning and skills, along
with enhancing the region's environment and infrastructure.
Yorkshire Forward has an extensive
programme of urban and rural regeneration initiatives, which are
creating vibrant and sustainable communities that attract and
retain business, people and jobs. These are
