Parking Permit Payments
A completed Residential Permit application form is required
before you can pay for your parking permit. If you do not
have an application form, please telephone (01423) 556622 to obtain
one. Residential Permit application forms are not available
online.

You can bring the completed application form to
the Reception area at the above address during opening hours.
Opening hours are:
8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
The Council now requires all Residential Permit applicants to
provide proof that the vehicle for which they require a permit is
owned by someone who is resident at their household.
This means that when you submit your permit application, you
will need to provide a copy of the vehicle registration document
(V5C) confirming you or a member of your household as the owner of
the vehicle. A permit will not be issued to a resident attempting
to obtain a permit for use on a non-resident's vehicle.
