Voluntary and Community Sector Forum
The Voluntary and Community Sector Forum (VCSF) was set up in the late 1990's to promote the working relationship between the voluntary and community sector and HBC. The Forum meets annually and decides the work programme of the Forum Working Group, which meets throughout the year. The VCSF is a member of the Harrogate District Strategic Partnership.
