Council Lettings and Housing Allocations
Anyone 16 years old or over can apply to join the Council's Housing List. The Council assesses each application and awards a level of priority for housing based on each person's individual circumstances.
Extra priority is awarded to applicants that have a local connection with the Harrogate District.
The Council also nominates applicants from the Housing List with the greatest housing need to the properties owned by housing associations as they become available.
