New applications
If you are a new business, wish to vary your licence
dramatically (structurally or nature of business) or wish to change
your Club Certificate into a full Premises Licence you will need
the following forms:
If you plan to sell or supply alcohol as part of your licence
your Designated Premises Supervisor will need to apply for a
Personal Licence, if they do not already have one.
You will also need to include the following with your Premises
Licence application:
- Application form, completed
- Fee
- Plan of premises
- DPS Consent Form (if you plan to sell alcohol)
You will need to send a copy of the application and the plan
to all seven responsible authorities. These are listed in
Useful Contacts (word, 72kb).
You will also need to advertise your application, by way of
site notice and advert in the local press. Examples and further

A copy of the press advertisement should be sent to the
Licensing Authority within ten days of your application.
