Capital Spending Budget 2008-09

The Council's Capital Programme for 2008/09 comprises £5.6m for Housing and £4.0m for non housing services. Major capital projects identified for the year include Computer Investment including Access to Services (£1.2m), purchases of Vehicles/Equipment  (£1.0m), Open Spaces schemes from Commuted Sums (£0.6m), Replacement of District Heating Boilers (£0.4m),  together with the ongoing programme of Improving and Refurbishing Council Houses (£4.2m) and Malborough House (£0.5m).
