Our events are either free or very reasonably priced.  Payment is requested in advance.  Refunds by arrangement with more than 14 days' written notice.

If cancelling within the 14 day notice period, we regret that monetary refunds can only be guaranteed for payments over £10 due to the administrative costs involved.  If cancelling a booking for under £10 the monies spent can be held as payment towards a future event.

We are currently consulting with schools on how to improve our services and to find out what kind of resources would be best suited to schools.

A questionnaire was sent to all Harrogate district primary schools recently but if you haven't filled it in or are from elsewhere please do let us know your thoughts.

Please note the maximum group size is 35 pupils.
 
All bookings will receive an invoice shortly afterwards. A deposit of 40% will be retained if the booking is cancelled less than three weeks before the session date.
 
This is charged in order to cover our costs when cancelling the session leader at short notice.
