Information on Construction Services (Approved Suppliers)
We are currently reviewing arrangements for the operation of our Standing Lists for construction services. Please note that the Council is not a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO).
The new lists will be selected from the Constructionline UK
Register of local and national pre-qualified construction and
construction related services. All companies must therefore be
registered with Constructionline prior to making an enquiry with
us.
Constructionline will assess you for pre-qualification,
charging with a small annual fee to reflect your turnover as a
contractor. For more information visit

We are drawing up Standing Lists for the most frequently
used categories of work. Lists for work of a specialist nature will
be drawn-up on an ad hoc basis as required.
If you are registered with Constructionline and wish to be
considered for the Standing Lists please contact us via the
Procurement Enquiry Form below. Don't forget to include the
following information: -
- Your Constructionline Registration Number
- Which size of scheme you wish to be considered for (Up to £50,000 or £50,000-£500,000)
- Your areas of expertise including any specialisms
Please note that your submission does not guarantee
inclusion on the Council's Lists.
