It is often common for evidence of Rats and Mice (eg, sounds, droppings, nests) to be confused one with the other. The cost of treating Rats and Mice is the same. The Pest Control Officer will clarify which pest you have during treatment. You can ask for a separate pest identification (see below).

Treatments for either rodent is usually spread over a period of one month to six weeks. During this time the Pest Control Officer will make enough visits to complete the treatment. Usually they will need access to the property so a key holder will need to be present.
