Strategic Scorecard
The Council uses a Strategic Scorecard of strategic performance indicators, actions and risks to track its performance. The Scorecard is based around the Council's corporate priorities. The Council's Corporate Management Team (CMT), Cabinet and the Overview and Scrutiny Commissions monitor the Strategic Scorecard on a quarterly basis.
The Council monitors its Strategic Scorecard via its Performance Management Information System Software (Covalent).
