Valley Gardens, Harrogate

 

English Heritage Grade II Listed gardens situated in regal Low Harrogate, which along with woodland known as The Pinewoods, cover 17 acres. The Gardens contain a greater number of mineral springs than any other known place. For music lovers, band concerts take place on Sunday afternoons throughout the summer. Beautiful historical buildings such as the Sun Pavilion and Colonnades sit alongside a wide variety of outdoor games, children's play area and the Magnesia Well Café.

Parking
Street disc zone car parking is available around Valley Gardens but read the signs carefully before you leave!
 
On the right hand side of the street adajcent to Valley Gardens the maximum stay is up to three hours. On the left hand side of the street adjacent to the houses, the maximum stay is up to one hour.
 
Please check signage. Discs are available from local shops.
Opening times

The Gardens are open all year round, 24 hours a day.

Disabled access

Most footpaths in the Gardens are suitable for the majority of manual and electric wheelchair users and there are disabled toilets.
