Annual Allotment Show
The annual Allotment Show is
held in the Sun Pavilion, Valley Gardens.
It is organised by the Harrogate and District Allotments Federation in partnership with Harrogate Borough Council.
The 2008 Show will take place on Sunday 17 August from 11.00am to 4.30pm.
The main aims of the Show are
- To promote allotments
- To provide an opportunity for the plot-holders to exhibit their produce, and
- To raise funds for local charities

There are numerous stalls
and attractions including:
- Raffle
- Tombola
- Cakes
- Produce
- Gardeners Question Time
- Environmental Corner
- Children's activities
- Competitions
- Auction of produce
Refreshments are served on the Sun Colonnade and a local band
provides mu
sical entertainment throughout the
afternoon.
