Demolitions - Control and Advice
If you intend to demolish a building you must give us a minimum of six weeks notice prior to commencing.

Please print, complete and provide a location plan of the building and adjoining streets together with a method statement for the demolition of larger buildings.
We will then notify the following:
Health & Safety Executive, Gas, Electricity, Water, Fire Officer along with various council departments and adjacent property owners.
