Surveying for major repairs
From time to time the Council may need to gain access to your home to undertake surveys. This could be prior to major repairs being undertaken or to update Council records on the condition of its stock .
Should the Council need to gain access to your property to undertake survey work, the surveyor will carry identification or should have a pre-arranged appointment.
