Housing Needs Assessment 2006
David Cumberland Housing Regeneration Ltd was commissioned in March 2006 to undertake a Housing Needs Assessment for Harrogate Borough Council. Overall, the research aims to assess affordable housing needs and general market demand within the District. The research provides a thorough and robust evidence base to support the development of housing and planning strategies.
