What We Do

 
The Property Management Division is responsible for the maintenance, alteration and improvement of the Council's 200 plus Public Buildings, including managing the overall building running costs.  The buildings range in size from public toilets to the multi-million pound Harrogate International Centre complex.  The work includes the procurement of a range of construction and professional services associated with the existing property stock and the construction of new buildings.
