The Leader is appointed by the Council at the annual meeting. (Cabinet Members are appointed by the Leader and formally endorsed by the council)

website. The public are not entitled to attend
these meetings and, in fact, other members of the council may only
attend by invitation.

notices setting out the decisions made and reasons for making them,
will soon be published on the internet and a link will be provided
here.
